Ordering
Ordering at Eb-Vloed.nl is simple. You follow the Online Store, and once you have chosen an article, click on "Add to Cart". The article is now placed in the basket. Do you want to buy multiple pieces of the same product, then you change the first number and you continue shopping. When finished shopping, click on "View Cart", if necessary here you can indicate changes. Is the order desirable, click on "Order" and it shows you how you want to pay. Click on "Next" and fill in your address. Then you get an overview of your order with the amounts and shipping costs. You tick to agree to the terms and conditions of Eb & Vloed and click "Next." Here you can see whether your order is complete. You receive an e-mail of your order including all the data.
Payment
At eb-vloed.nl you can pay via iDEAL (for the Netherlands), Creditcard or prepayment.
iDEAL is a joint initiative of Rabobank, ABN Amro, ING Bank, Postbank, SNSbank, SNS Regio Bank, ASN Bank and Friesland Bank. With iDEAL you can trustfully, safely and easily pay your online purchases. You charge into your secure Internet paying environment of your own bank.
Anyone with Internet banking at one of the participating banks can without notification directly pay with iDEAL. You pay within the familiar paying environment of your bank and using the same tools as the Internet banking:

How does iDEAL work?
In order to calculate your order, click the iDEAL logo. Choose your bank and you will see that the payments are ready. You sign as you're used to Internet to your own bank. A direct payment with iDEAL is depreciated. We receive a confirmation online, and therefore a rapid delivery is possible.
Where I see that with iDEAL paid?
After each payment with iDEAL you'll see a confirmation that you can print. Also within Internet and on your account, any payment by iDEAL visible.
Creditcard
With Ogone you can easily and securely pay your order by credit card. Ogone e-commerce payment solution is used by thousands of commercial websites online. After your order, click "Pay". A list with your order number and the total amount will be shown. You choose your type of credit card (Visa, MasterCard / Euro Card). Furthermore you enter your credit card details and click "Pay". You will be redirected to our Online Store and receive a confirmation of your payment.
Prepayment

Shipping costs
The Netherlands: All orders € 5.95 per order. Outside the Netherlands: the shipping costs are € 8,50 until €27,50 in Europe.
Delivery
Once your payment has been received by us, your order will be dispatched as soon as possible. After that you receive a confirmation by e-mail. We send all packages by TNT Post (the Netherlands), which will deliver after 1-2 days. For international shipments, we will contact you. And if you are in the opportunity, you can also pick up the items in the shop on Vlieland.
Returning policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase or you made a mistake? No problem, at eb-vloed.nl you can return or exchange an article within seven working days. Under the condition that the product is complete and unused, and the packaging is original and intact. Not all items can be exchanged:
- Articles for hygienic reasons cannot be exchanged, as underwear and swimwear.
- Vouchers.

Costs
The costs of sending back an item are for your own account. Shipping charges are not reimbursed.
GENERAL SALES TERMS AND CONDITIONS EB & VLOED ONLINE STORE
1. Overall
1.1. These terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to conditions) apply on all offers,
contracts and agreements of eb-vloed.nl.
1.2. The acceptance of an offer or an order made, means that you agree to these Conditions.
1.3. Of these Conditions may be waived only in writing, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
1.4. All rights and claims, as mentioned in these Conditions and any further agreements that are being made by Eb & Vloed, are also stipulated for by Eb & Vloed’s enabled intermediaries and other third parties.
1.5. All rights, obligations, offers, contracts and agreements to which these conditions apply, as in these conditions, only Dutch law.
1.6. All disputes between parties will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
2. Offers / agreements
2.1. All items that are free Eb & Vloed and Eb & Vloed expressly reserves the right to change prices, particularly when based on necessary (legal) requirements.
2.2. A contract is final once accepted by Eb & Vloed. Eb & Vloed is entitled to refuse orders or to connect special conditions for the delivery, unless otherwise specified. If an order is not accepted, Eb & Vloed informs you of this within five (5) working days after receipt of the order.
3. Prices
3.1. All prices quoted by Eb & Vloed are in euros, including VAT, exclusive of shipping and handling charges.
4. Payment
4.1. Following an order you will receive a confirmation by e-mail containing a summary of your items and the total cost, including shipping.
4.2. An order will be delivered only after payment.
4.3. You can pay in the following ways: via iDEAL or prepayment.
4.4. Payment must be complete within seven (7) working days after the order date to be met, and the order will be dispatched. During this period the reserve Eb & Vloed ordered for you If you have any payment default, you are entitled Eb & Vloed (implementing) the agreement and related agreements to suspend or dissolve.
4.5. Payment must be made without discount.
4.6. Eb & Vloed sends a confirmation by e-mail once your payment has been received.
5. Delivery
5.1. Delivery by Eb & Vloed takes place within six (6) working days after delivery, unless indicated otherwise by Eb & Vloed. If delivery takes place on time, you will receive within 1 month after placement of the order a message and you have the time of delivery, the right to cancel free of charge by written notice to Eb & Vloed. Exceeding the delivery date does not give you any right to compensation.
5.2. All supplies / items are offered to TNT post. This delivery takes normally place within 2 working days, provided that the delivery address is within the Netherlands.
5.3. Delivery takes place when the product by (or on behalf of) you receive is taken.
6. Retention of
6.1. The ownership of products is only about if you have what you see on the basis of any agreement to Eb & Vloed owe, has met. The risk of the products only at the time of delivery.
7. Complaints and liability

9. Orders / communication

10. Force Majeure
