Return Policy

Exchange
You can order the new item in the webshop and return to us the article you want to exchange. Then you choose for "prepay". Any difference will be settled by us after receipt of the goods. Do always include or add the invoice / return form with the return and please indicate that it concerns an exchange.

Returns
You send to us the item you want to return. After receipt of the goods you will receive the refund (we do not use coupons). Do always add the invoice / return from with the return, please indicate the reason for return and state your name and bank account number. For questions please contact us at: info@eb-vloed.nl.

Repayment terms
Payment with iDeal or prepayment: within 5 working days after receiving your return. Credit Card payment: within 3 weeks after receiving your return.

The shipping costs of returning an item are for your own account.
