Shipping
Once your payment has been received, your order will be dispatched as soon as possible. Afterwards you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Your order will be shipped by PostNL parcel, which delivers it after 1-2 days. For international shipments it will take 2-4 days. All orders are shipped by registered mail.

Due to changes in (winter) departures of the ferry, the orders from October 1 until March 31 on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday are picked up by PostNL at 09.30 hrs. Orders made after 08.00 will be delivered the following day.

Please consider the following:
- PostNL delivers parcel at different times than the regular mail.
- We have no influence at the time of delivery.
- You must sign for receipt by an electronic signature on a handheld terminal.
- PostNL delivers 5 days a week. If you're not home, the postman will relist the package later. If you are not home in this second delivery, then you can pick up the package at the post office. You will receive a message from the postman in your mailbox that says you can pick up the package and where. To do it you have three weeks' time. Shipping charges are not reimbursed.

Belgium and Germany: € 8,95 for all orders, regardless of the purchase amount.

Shipping outsida Europe: € 21,95

Pick-up
If you are in the opportunity, you can also pick up the items ordered and / or checkout in the store on Vlieland. You can specify during checkout.
