When you want to exchange or return your order, the article has to be complete and unused (including the price-tag) and the packaging has to be undamaged. Not all articles can be returned: furniture and food can not be returned.
You can order a new item in the webshop and return the article(s) you want to exchange. Then you choose for "prepay". Any difference will be settled by us after we received the article(s). Always add the invoice and return form to the package, please indicate it concerns an exchange.
You can return the item(s) you don't want to have. After we received the article(s) you will receive the refund (we do not use coupons). Payment with iDeal or prepayment: within 10 working days after receiving your return. Credit Card payment: within 3 weeks after receiving your return.
