Ordering
Ordering at Eb-Vloed.nl is simple. You can search in the Online Store and once you have found an article you can select your size and click the 'Buy' button. The article is now placed in your cart. If you want to buy multiple pieces of the same product, then you can change the quantity. When you are finished shopping, click on 'View Cart'. If necessary you can indicate changes. If the order is desirable, click the 'Buy' button. Now you can fill in your adress and choose a send method and payment method. If you have a discount coupon you can add the code here. At the right you will see an overview of your order with the amount and shipping costs. You have to agree to the terms before you can confirm your order. You will receive an e-mail of your order including all data.
Payment
At eb-vloed.nl you can pay via iDEAL (for the Netherlands), Creditcard or prepayment.
iDEAL
iDEAL is a joint initiative of Rabobank, ABN Amro, ING Bank, SNS Regio Bank, ASN Bank and Friesland Bank. With iDEAL you can trustfully, safely and easily pay your online purchases. You charge into your secure Internet paying environment of your own bank. As internet banker you can use iDeal directly without having to log in. Always specify your order number.
Anyone with Internet banking at one of the participating banks can directly pay with iDEAL. You can pay within your familiar paying environment of your bank and use the same tools as with Internet banking:

- E.dentifier at ABN AMRO
- Digipass at SNS Bank
How does iDEAL work?
To pay your order click the iDEAL logo. Choose your bank and you will see the payments prepared. You sign the payment like you are used to with Internet banking at your own bank. A payment with iDEAL will be written off immediatly. We will receive a confirmation of the payment and therefore a rapid delivery is possible.
Where do you see that settlement via iDEAL was successful?
After each payment with iDEAL you will receive a confirmation by e-mail which you can print. Also on the Internet and on your account, any payment with iDEAL is visible.
Creditcard
Paying with your credit card can be done in the secure payment service of Ogone. Here you can easily and securely pay your order. Ogone e-Commerce payment solution is used by thousands of commercial websites online. After your order, click "Pay". Here's an overview of your order number and the total amount. You choose your credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Eurocard, Maestro), also enter your credit card information and click "pay". You will be redirected to our Online Store and receive an confirmation by e-mail of your payment.
PayPal
To use PayPal as a payment method you need to create a PayPal account on the website of PayPal. You can link your bank account or creditcard to this online account and then you can make safe money transfers. Paying with PayPal is free.
Prepayment
When you use transfer through your bank, you can address your payment to: Rabo 1389.28.304 in the name of Eb & Vloed - Vlieland, IBAN: NL27 RABO 0138928304, BIC: RABONL2U. You are kindly asked to always state the order number.
Shipping costs
The Netherlands: All orders € 5.95 per order. For furniture the prices are different.
Outside the Netherlands: the shipping costs are € 8,50 till €27,50 in Europe.
Delivery
Once your payment has been received by us, your order will be dispatched as soon as possible. After that you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. We send all packages by PostNL (the Netherlands), which will deliver after 1-2 working days. For international shipments delivery will be within 3-4 days. All orders are shipped by registered mail.
If you are in the opportunity, you can also pick up the ordered items at the shop on Vlieland.
Returning policy
Are you not satisfied with your purchase or did you make a mistake? No problem, at eb-vloed.nl you can return or exchange an article within seven working days. Under the condition that the product is complete and unused, and the packaging is original and intact. Not all items can be exchanged:
- Some articles can't be exchanged for hygienic reasons, like underwear and swimwear.
- Furniture.
- Vouchers.

Costs
The costs of sending back an item are for your own account. Shipping charges are not reimbursed.

GENERAL SALES TERMS AND CONDITIONS EB & VLOED ONLINE STORE
1. General
1.1. These general terms and conditions (hereafter referred as: Conditions) apply on all offers,
contracts and agreements of eb-vloed.nl (hereafter referred as Eb&Vloed).
1.2. The acceptance of an offer or an order made, means that you agree to these Conditions.
1.3. Of these Conditions can be deviated only in writing, the remaining terms remain in full force.
1.4. All rights and claims, as mentioned in these Conditions and any further agreements that are being made by Eb&Vloed, are also stipulated on behalf of by Eb&Vloed enabled intermediaries and other third parties.
1.5. All rights, obligations, offers, contracts and agreements to which these Conditions apply, as well in these Conditions, only Dutch law is justified.
1.6. All disputes between parties will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
2. Offers / agreements
2.1. All offers of Eb&Vloed are temporary and Eb&Vloed reserves explicit right to change prices, particulary when based on necessary (legal) requirements.
2.2. A contract is final once accepted by Eb&Vloed. Eb&Vloed is entitled to refuse orders or to connect special conditions to the delivery, unless otherwise specified. If an order is not accepted, Eb&Vloed informs you within five (5) working days after receipt of the order.
3. Prices
3.1. All prices quoted by Eb & Vloed are in euros, including VAT, exclusive of shipping and handling charges.
4. Payment
4.1. Following an order you will receive a confirmation by e-mail containing a summary of your items and the total cost, including shipping.
4.2. An order will be delivered only after payment.
4.3. You can pay in the following ways: via iDEAL, Creditcard, PayPal or prepayment.
4.4. Payment must be completed within seven (7) working days after the order date after which the order will be dispatched. During this period Eb&Vloed will reserve the ordered articles for you. If you have any payment default, Eb&Vloed is entitled to suspend or dissolve (the implementation of) the concerning agreement and related agreements.
4.5. Payment must be made without discount.
4.6. Eb&Vloed sends a confirmation by e-mail once your payment has been received.
5. Delivery
5.1. Delivery by Eb&Vloed takes place within six (6) working days after ordering, unless indicated otherwise by Eb&Vloed. If delivery doesn’t take place on time, you will receive a message within 1 month after placement of your order. In this case you have the right to cancel the order for free while delivery takes place by a written notice to Eb&Vloed. Exceeding the delivery date does not give you any right to compensation.
5.2. All supplies / items are offered to PostNL. They deliver normally within two (2) working days, in case the delivery address is in the Netherlands.
5.3. Delivery takes place when the product is received by (or on behalf of) you.
6. Restriction of ownership
6.1. The ownership of delivered products is there when you fullfilled the agreement which you indebted to Eb&Vloed. The risk of the products is yours at the time of delivery.
7. Complaints and liability
7.1. You have the obligation to inspect the provided products immediately after delivery. If you found any defects you have eight (8) days to write (e-mail) Eb&Vloed a motivated report.
7.2. If proved that the products do not suffice the agreement, Eb&Vloed has the choise to exchange the products when the relative products are returned or to pay back the prize of the account plus paid shipping costs.
7.3. If you want to decline a product for whatever reason, you have the right to return the product within seven (7) working days after delivery to Eb&Vloed and dissolve the agreement. You have to write a notice (by e-mail) to Eb&Vloed before returning.
7.4. Returns are not accepted in case of:
- The article is stripped of the mark and / or price tags.
- The article is washed and / or wore.
- The instructions for use of the article are not followed.
- The article is damaged.
- The packaging of the product is damaged.
By Eb & Vloed received payment will be restituted within thirty (30) days after the dissolution. The shipping costs to return the order is for your own account.
8. Guarantee
8.1. Unless otherwise agreed, the Dutch statutory warranty applies.
9. Orders / communication
9.1. For misunderstanding, damages, delays or no ordinarily transmission of orders and notices as a result of the use of Internet or other communication between you and Eb & Vloed, or between Eb & Vloed and others, as it relates to the relationship between you and Eb & Vloed, Eb & Vloed is not responsible, except that there might be intention or gross negligence by Eb & Vloed.
10. Force Majeure
10.1. Eb & Vloed has the right to, in case of force majeure, at it’s own choice, suspend or dissolve the execution of your order without judicial intervention by writing you a notice and without being liable for any reimbursement, exept in the circumstances to the standards of reasonableness and fairness would be unacceptable.
10.2. Force majeure is defined as any shortcoming which cannot be attributed to Eb&Vloed, because it is not due to its debt and also not on ground of the act in law for its account.
11. Miscellaneous
11.1. If you provide Eb&Vloed in writing with an address, Eb & Vloed is entitled to use that address for shipping of orders, unless and until you inform Eb & Vloed in writing of another address to which your orders should be send.
11.2. When Eb&Vloed over a short or longer period of time, whether or not implied, deviations from these conditions are permitted, let that affect his right to demand immediate and strict compliance with these Conditions. You can never do any right to apply on the grounds that this Eb&Vloed Conditions apply smoothly.
11.3. If one or more of the acticles of these Conditions or any other agreement with Eb&Vloed in conflict with any law, this provision will lapse and will be replaced by a Eb & Vloed adopt new legally permissible determination.
11.4. Eb&Vloed is competent to carry out your order(s) using a third party.
12. Protection of personal data
12.1.The information required for the settlement of your order are stored on our secure server and in the framework of the settlement of the order may be passed on to companies that are affiliated with us or companies that some of our services run. Of course, all your personal data is strictly confidential and the regulations regarding protection of personal data and privacy is strictly observed by us. Eb&Vloed won’t sell your personal information to third parties. In cases in which personal data we provided to third parties, these third parties are not entitled to this information for any other purpose than to complete their task.
12.2.In addition, your personal data in addition to the above cases for newsletters and advertising purposes.
